Challenge
One challenge was designing both light and dark modes while keeping consistency in readability, contrast, and brand identity. Another was building trust for a service-based app, which meant carefully placing reviews, transparent pricing, and repeat-booking options. Balancing simplicity with functionality was also critical, ensuring the app stayed easy to use without losing key features.

Mission
The mission of myLau is to simplify everyday laundry for students and tenants in Tier 1 and 2 cities by connecting them with reliable service providers. The app is built to foster trust through transparency, convenience, and quality, removing common frustrations around pickups, deliveries, and communication. By streamlining the entire process, myLau empowers users to save time, reduce stress, and focus on the things that matter most in their personal and professional lives.

Goal
The goal of myLau is to create a simple, reliable, and user-friendly mobile application that connects hostel, PG, and flat residents with trusted laundry providers, making scheduling, tracking, and managing laundry services as effortless as possible.
